Julio Lavín Valdés

Founding partner of Lavín Abogados & Consultores, he directs the areas of Environmental Law, Maritime Concessions and Projects, providing legal advice focused on the environmental evaluation and compliance projects, processing of maritime concessions and sectoral permits, as well as their defenses. He serves as an arbitrator judge at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and is a professor of different postgraduate courses in environmental matters. Throughout his career, he has specialized in constitutional, environmental, health and project development law, working in the Chilean Navy and then as a partner in different law firms.
