Arturo specializes in the areas of environment, water law and maritime concessions, advising projects in various sectors, including agriculture, industry, sanitation, ports and mining. His professional practice is developed with a particular focus on the southern part of the country, where he resides permanently. From this strategic location, he advises more closely the clients of Lavín Abogados & Consultores whose projects are located in the regions of La Araucanía, Los Ríos and Los Lagos.
