Head of the area of Business and Corporate Law, delivering legal service to business endeavors, for their organization and development of their internal relations, providing support to their governing and management bodies; taking care of their external relations, whether with commercial counterparts or any third parties and with the respective authorities. He has served as counsel in inheritance matters and as member of the boards of private and state-owned companies. Since 2009 acts as Law Arbitrator by appointment of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
